A high-stakes itinerary and business matching platform purpose-built for Maybank's flagship investor summit.
Invest ASEAN is Maybank's annual gathering of institutional investors, corporate issuers, and senior policymakers across the region. With hundreds of back-to-back closed-door meetings, a fast-changing agenda, and zero tolerance for double bookings, the off-the-shelf event tools simply could not keep up.
We built a custom web app that gives every delegate a personalised itinerary and gives Maybank's events team a live control room to handle reschedules, room swaps, and last-minute changes instantly reflected on every delegate's device.
The platform ran the full multi-day summit without a single missed meeting slot, handled live agenda shifts the same morning a session moved rooms, and gave the Maybank team complete visibility over who met whom across the entire programme.

Challenge
Maybank's events team had been wrestling generic event apps and shared spreadsheets to deliver a tightly-choreographed institutional summit.
- Hundreds of overlapping meeting requests handled by email, with no live conflict checking
- Meetings between corporates and institutions had to be enforced manually, with a lot of priorities and availabilities to consider
- No single view of which corporates had met which investors across the programme
- Last-minute room and time changes broadcast over WhatsApp, leading to confused delegates

T&C consent, data retention, admin-controlled purge, full user and appointment audit trails, plus crew accounts, check-in portal, walk-in registration, and badge printing on-site.
