One platform to run every event end-to-end, from registration to the show floor
AVA runs dozens of B2B events a year across multiple verticals. Each one used to mean a stitched-together stack of registration tools, spreadsheets for breakouts, manual badge printing, and group chats for the on-site crew. The team wanted a single platform that handled every part of an event, and gave global admins a real view across all of them.
We built AVA Event Hub as a multi-tenant platform with global-level reporting, a flexible registration form builder, breakout session sign-ups, speaker and agenda management, and a full attendee communications stack (push notifications, email blasts, and WhatsApp blasts) all from one admin.
On the show floor, a companion crew app lets staff scan attendees in, pick up assigned tasks, and run badge printing through Zebra printers. Attendees use the app for their agenda, breakouts, photo galleries, and live lucky draws, with proper data privacy and compliance baked into every flow.

Breakout session registration
Attendees pick the breakouts they want from the app; capacity, waitlists, and conflict checks all enforced by the platform so organisers stop running session sign-ups in spreadsheets.
Speakers, agenda & info tabs
Manage speakers and the full agenda in one place. Configurable informational tabs let organisers surface anything else attendees need (venue maps, sponsors, FAQs) directly in the app.
Push, email & WhatsApp blasts
One composer to reach attendees on the channel that fits: push for live updates, email for confirmations and recaps, WhatsApp blasts for high-priority announcements. Audience filters built in.
Crew app + badge printing
A mobile crew app handles on-site check-in scanning, with built-in task management so managers can assign and track work across the team. Badge designer integrates directly with Zebra printers.
Photo gallery
An in-app gallery where attendees can browse event photography as it's published, keeping engagement going through the day and giving sponsors visible coverage.
Lucky draw
Configurable draws by prize tier, winner count, and audience criteria. Attendees see their result live in the app: no clipboards, no announcements over a bad PA system.
