Scensia is a boutique perfume lab that believes each client should
have their own unique and personalized perfume.
Challenge
As a brand new company, Scensia wanted to create an ecommerce
platform that would allow customers to create their own perfume.
The client had a clear vision of how she wanted the website,
however, the internal team couldn’t use the desired template for
building, given that there were certain customer flows that required
advice and execution.
Solution

- Building a survey journey for users to determine their
preferences, which is intuitive and user-friendly. - Developing backend criteria to match the user's survey results to
