Premium Homerley Outlet is a Malaysia-based furniture business that operates in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, and Penang. Their goal is to create comfortable homes where customers eagerly come home early to spend time with their families.
Challenge
The client has been spending an average of RM40,000 on Facebook ads to generate leads for three stores. The current process involves a total of 10 salespeople who handle these leads. However, there have been complaints from clients about unprofessional responses. The client is seeking a solution to improve the conversion rate.
Solution
Sparkbytes implemented a WhatsApp Chatbot solution for the client. Various leads coming in from Facebook will reach the same WhatsApp number and be distributed to different salespersons. We created a mobile app where the client can monitor how each salesperson replies. This provides a bird's-eye view of the entire conversion process and ensures that the ad spend is not wasted.
