Our client is an international event organiser that manages large-scale events across various industries. They approached us to revamp an outdated oil and gas exhibition website, aiming to give it a fresh look and make it easier for users to navigate.
Challenge
The existing website had several issues:
- Content lacked clarity
- Calls-to-action (e.g., registration) were unclear and scattered across pages.
- The mobile experience was poor, with visuals not adapting to different screen sizes
- Inconsistent font sizes disrupted the content hierarchy
Solution
We conducted a UX audit and proposed a new sitemap with improved website architecture. This made the site easier for users to explore and register. Major calls-to-action, such as “Book a Booth” and “Visitor Registration,” were placed in the top-right navigation for better visibility.
We also designed a clean, professional UI that reflects the industry and ensures a consistent experience across devices. Visuals and layouts were optimised for mobile, adapting seamlessly to different screen sizes to provide a smoother browsing experience.

Results
The redesigned website provides a clearer user journey with prominent calls-to-action, a professional interface, and strong mobile responsiveness.
